I have hired AC Cooling and Heating three times now. Twice at my personal single family home in the suburbs, and once at a rental investment property in the city. At my personal home, they took care of a drainage issue that was causing my brand new furnace to short cycle. This was from a poor installation. During the service visit, the technician let me know that my whole system needs more supply and return registers. He was absolutely right as I noticed that some rooms are not as comfortable or evenly heated as others. The second time they came back, they professionally installed a nice humidifier for me. Job well done and always there for support whenever I have questions or concerns. At the rental, one of the furnaces was not keeping up with heating the unit. Within minutes, Angel (the owner) noticed that my air conditioner compressor was on and working outside while the heat was supposed to be on (the heat was fighting with the cooling simultaneously.) I'm glad he took care of it right away because I got a really high gas and electric bill for that month. Every time I have called Angel he schedules me promptly and efficiently resolved the issue at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend AC Cooling and Heating to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC contractor (which are hard to come by these days, trust me I personally found that out the hard way!) Thank you Angel and team for being great at what you do!
