Technicians Tom and Mike were INCREDIBLE!! Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, HONEST and pricing so fair. From the receptionist being courteous and customer-centric, to the CONSTANT line of communication from everyone, working with this company was a 10. As a homeowner, calling a repair person when you have no heat---- your worst nightmares are conjured. You feel vulnerable... and stressed. Tom and Mike couldn't have put me more at ease. They explained things in layman's terms and had patience when I asked alot of questions. They could have taken me for a ride and didn't. I don't know how much more I could ask for in a service call. This company is this real deal.

I have been using them to service my home and apartment rentals for 6 years now. They have been very honest, reliable, and responsive every time I have had an issue come up. If you are looking to build a relationship with an HVAC company to service your home or apartments there is likely no better company than them. I found them when I had heat go out in an apartment that had a newborn baby. The owner dropped everything and went over there immediately.

The technicians arrived in the time window I was given. Tommy and Mike were polite and respectful. As a female homeowner, I've had to deal with numerous trades people who talked down to me and I appreciate it when I'm treated like I have a brain. I have a retrofitted mini-vent AC in a Chicago bungalow, so not the easiest to diagnosis and fix, but Tommy and Mike are well trained and experienced. Tommy explained the problem completely and was very thorough to insure any issues were identified so my AC will operate at its best all season. Options and costs were explained completely. Overall, a great experience. I plan to use A Custom Services for my boiler and AC maintenance going forward. Highly recommend.
