As an Interior Designer, it's essential to have reliable vendors who not only supply high-quality products but also provide excellent customer service. In our line of work, things don’t always go as planned, and having a dependable partner is crucial. Recently, I worked on a project located in Denver while our office is based in Illinois. We arranged for samples to be sent to both locations without a hitch. When it came time to order the flooring, everything was handled perfectly, and the estimated trucking details were provided promptly. However, we encountered a significant problem: the freight company mistakenly delivered our flooring to another job site in a different state, and we received their order instead. This situation could have been quite stressful, but Danny was on the phone constantly, working to resolve the issue with both the manufacturer and the freight company. Hands down, A-American Custom Flooring has the best pricing & customer Service. I went to several high-end tile stores, found the tile we needed for an extensive renovation, took the tile to A-American Flooring, and asked for a quote. The prices A-American Flooring provided were so much better. Jaw-droppingly better. Plus, their customer service is the best - you ask for help or guidance and they are with you through the entire process. They also provided us with hardwood flooring for our renovation.
