I am writing to express my profound satisfaction with the architectural services provided by Yu & Associates Collaborative. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and interpersonal skills displayed by Wei during his initial site visit for my cigar lounge design project. He was dedicated to assisting me with every detail, from designing the complex parking lot and indoor/outdoor entertainment areas to ensuring compliance with ADA certification requirements for the ramp and bathroom facilities. Wei and his team made this complex task manageable due to their excellent follow-up and extraordinarily quick turnaround time. Furthermore, their support during multiple village zoning commission meetings—where they provided both support and positive feedback—was invaluable in moving the process along smoothly. From printing the final design plans to communicating effectively with both me and the village via in-person and Zoom calls, Yu & Associates Collaborative demonstrated exceptional service at every stage. We discovered we couldn't build, but this early research prevented us from spending more on plans, design, etc. We're excited to find a new project so we can use Wei's services again!
