Michael Lynn did an amazing job designing my house. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. I was very pleased with his patience, flexibility and accommodating nature as my wife and I went through many iterations going from design 'A' through design 'K'. The design was asthetically pleasing, efficient, and done in a way that proved cost effective with our builder. We ended up with a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Michael was very accessible through the building process and his experience was evident in his attention to natural light, dimension choices, and the different elements throughout the house such as built-ins, mud-room design, ceiling heights with trays, and staircase.

When during the framing stage we have decided to finish the attic space and needed plans to be altered to accommodate a new set of stairs and the added finished space, Mike and his team revised the drawings and provided a new set of plans in a timely manner. Michael did an outstanding job. After contacting several Architects and getting pricing (small job to change roof cables and cover our porch and not many wanted to handle it), he was by far the best in price, response time and thoroughness. He listened to our concerns, was patient while we went through many iterations of our plan because we changed our minds several times, and came up with plans that were exactly what we had wanted. He also helped finding a contractor to do the build which was so helpful, and is still helping as the project continues. We won't hesitate to use Michael Lynn for any future projects.
