This B & D townhome will be the 5th home I've had built. Of the 5 different builders I've worked with over the years, B & D has been my favorite. Everyone (Bernadette, Natalie, Chris and Joe) has been a pleasure to work with. Even the subcontractors that I've met have been nice. Like with any new build, there are some minor things that need to be fixed, but most of those items have already been corrected. I've been very happy with my decision to have B & D build my new home.

We have been very happy with our experience with Beechen and Dill. From the moment we walked into the model and met Bernadette. Bernadette was always friendly, knowledgeable and never seemed to mind all of our visits to look. Then we went to the design center and worked with Natalie. Natalie definitely knows her job. What seemed like an overwhelming process to make all of our design selections was layed out in a very specific way over the course of a few weeks. It was always a pleasure to meet with Natalie designing our house. Then we went to on the construction team and met with Joe and Chris. Joe was knowledgeable about the project and able to answer all of our questions. Then we met Chris who was always able to answer our questions and knew the schedule of the project. We were given a timeline and it was on target. When given our closing date it never changed. When dealing with anyone on the team they always responded promptly to emails. It was nice that after we closed that Joe stopped at our house to check in with us. Customer service is great! We are so happy with our experience and love our new home!!
