Real Restoration Group was assigned to me through my insurance after I experienced water damage. From start to finish, the process was handled with clear communication and professionalism. Kasia, the project manager assigned to the project, was incredibly detail-oriented and supportive. She kept me consistently updated on all progress while I was living outside of my home during the kitchen reconstruction and took the time to help me make decisions whenever I was unsure. She even helped in providing a design for a pantry I wanted to update due to the lack of functionality and it came out perfect. Her guidance and attention to detail gave me a lot of peace of mind during a stressful situation. The team was also extremely helpful in completing additional work outside of what insurance covered and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. The quality of the work truly stood out and I would absolutely recommend Real Restoration Group to anyone dealing with reconstruction. My kitchen and bathroom look even better than they did before the water damage.

I recently had a severe water damage in my kitchen and had Real Restoration Group help me put my kitchen back on the right state. The adjuster Johnathan from the real group was very effective in communicating with the insurance company and accommodating my requests to which I am very gratitude. I am generally pleased with the work done by Oleh’s team, especially his teammate Ruslan who had singlehandedly reinstalled the kitchen floor, painted the wall and installed new cabinets with good workmanship and responsiveness. The team of Real Restoration Group has the right attitude and aptitude for the task in hand. I would certainly recommend them to my friends who might need a helping hand on the restoration work.

We had water damage in our house. Our insurance company gave us a lot of trouble but Jonathan helped us through the process with what he could. He really went above and beyond what he needed to do. When it can to restoring our 2 bathrooms and garage, Oleh made the process very easy. Everyone communicated very well and they even helped us upgrade what we wanted at a fair price.

We had a major project done by Real Restoration. It entailed basement new ceiling drywall and painting.; New basement carpeting, and new kitchen hardwood engineered flooring and repainting baseboard. Bryan was our project manager. We can't say enough good things about him! He was a great communicator and listened to our concerns and made everything perfect by the end of the entire project. He managed the whole project with excellent oversight. We are very grateful he was the one in charge. It made it a very seamless process.

Update October 2025 We recently completed our 2nd project with Real Restoration where we replaced carpeting with wood flooring and repainted the interior space. Still a very consistent 10 out of 10! On time, on budget, very well managed. Trades and craftsmanship were excellent, the guys worked hard, and kept our home as clean as possible during construction. We are delighted with the result. Highly recommend! Original October 2024 We’ve updated/rehabbed over a dozen homes in the Chicago area. Our recent project with Real Restoration was the best yet. On time, on budget, well managed. Tradesmen were very skilled, professional, and just pleasant people to work with. Home was kept neat and clean while construction was underway. We plan to work with Real Restoration on future projects and highly recommend they be considered.
