Had a Deck done by Platinum Decking and it came out Beautiful. Had it done in spring. In the Fall I noticed the Bottom Fascia warping or Bowing out. I called Platinum Decking up and they responded immediately. Had me send them some pictures. I got a call From Matt there warranty man and he set up a time and came out and Repaired the problem the next week. Matt was very friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with repair. He did an excellent repairing the problem. Platinum Decking is a great company to work with from there great product and excellent workmanship to the people like Matt who follow up on there Product.

I own a log home with a cantilever front porch/deck which needed replacing after 25 years and decided to work with Platinum Decking due to its unique requirements, and their confidence in design and in tackling any unknowns which could and did show up. The final solution using TimberTech decking and Trex Signature railings was even better than we hoped for. The structure is solid, the product is fantastic and the workmanship is excellent. We expect this new porch/deck to look and perform like new for a very long time, with minimal maintenance. I need to mention working with Rob Baumgartner throughout the project from planning through completion has been superb and appreciate his professionalism. And we were very impressed with the 2 man crew who spent 1.5 weeks with us doing the teardown and rebuild. I would highly recommend Platinum Decking for any outdoor decking project.

“My mother and father-in-law live in Schaumburg and were interested in replacing their deck on the back of the house.”

My mother and father-in-law live in Schaumburg and were interested in replacing their deck on the back of the house. They spend a ton of time on their deck, which my father-in-law maintained over the years by himself. However, it was at the point where it needed major renovation work. Plus there were a number of places where the deck needed to be redesigned to make it safer for the two of them (They are both in their late 80's). I told them to work with Platinum Decking, who a friend of mine worked with to replace their deck (and was very happy). The Platinum Deck team quoted a great price and worked very closely with my father-in-law (an engineer himself) on the design and installation work. The deck was finished late last fall on time and on budget. And now that the weather has turned warm this spring, my in-laws are out on their deck almost every day. I can see happiness in their faces when they are out on that deck! A big thanks to Platinum Decking. Every person associated with the Platinum Decking company that my in-laws came into contact with during the whole project was great. From the proposal discussions, to the final design work, to the guys that did the buildout... such a fantastic team.

“Rich and his crew did such a fantastic job on our deck remodel.”

Rich and his crew did such a fantastic job on our deck remodel. What was originally a deck resurfacing project quickly became a rebuild due to structural concerns. Rich was extremely meticulous and his craftmanship self-evident making sure to attend to every detail. The team was extremely hard working, kind and considerate and kept us updated and informed throughout the process. We love our new deck and were able to spend Father's Day with our grandchildren playing without a concern. During a recent severe wind storm our neighbors commented on not only how beautiful our deck was, but also that sheltering under the upper deck is where they wanted to be due to how well it was built. “Platinum Decking did a wonderful job on our railing replacement.”

Platinum Decking did a wonderful job on our railing replacement. It was a tricky job as we did not want to replace the entire deck so care had to be taken to remove and replace posts and railing without damaging the decking. Luis and the crew were polite, respectful and great to work with. I would highly recommend Platinum Decking!

“Platinum Decking did two projects for me this year.”

Platinum Decking did two projects for me this year. Our new main deck and matching pool deck look amazing and both crews were top notch. Ignacio and his crew took care of all my special requests. Matt, Colby, Jack, and Austin went above and beyond when installing our pool deck and showed great care and follow through. I couldn’t be happier with the results from both projects.
