Having standing water/seepage issues on our property, we investigated several companies who could replace the DIY installation of French drains we did years ago. We were impressed with Ware Landscaping’s online video. When Mike arrived, he evaluated the problem and thoroughly explained the solution for our drainage issues. We were impressed with the products and system that would be installed to give us a lasting solution. Their hardworking crew did an exceptional job finishing the work a day ahead of schedule and leaving our property looking great. “So after a lot of research on companies I came across Ward.”

So after a lot of research on companies I came across Ward. I cannot say enough about this company. My mom had standing water and dead grass from it. From start to finish the communication was impeccable as was there work. I believe it was Mike that came out to the house and met with my mom and I. He's the nicest guy and so easy to work with. He told us up front what we would need and how much it was. We went ahead and approved work. This crew that came out seriously did not mess around. They had my mom's yard dug up and ripped out in 1 day. My mom's yard is pretty big. Next day the dug trenches, installed underground drainage system and sodded the entire yard. We had our neighbors even coming saying they cannot believe the work these guys are doing. I'd recommend Ware landscaping to anyone. Oh and we had a very very slight problem that they didn't even question and came out and fixed it. They seriously just came out and fixed it no questions asked. A shout out to Diane in the office to. She probably doesn't get enough credit but she's on top of her game. I'm not one to write reviews but when it's deserved it's deserved. I will recommend these guys to anyone especially my personal family and friends. Thank you Ware landscaping.

Ware looked at what we had and spent time right then to reimagine a new look. We agreed on the spot. Ware had a free day open and came the next day to give our yard a new look. We are very pleased! I needed to remove a sand pit from my backyard, which included also removing step stones, rocks, a wooden frame but primarily the sand pit which had become an eye sore and not usable. After that, we wanted new grass/sod installed to increase the usable size of our yard. Mike came out the next day after I requested a quote, provided me a quote on-site within a few minutes and offered me a great price. He was personable, understanding of my needs, and gave me confidence that his team could handle this. A few days later, his team came out and started the project. The following day they completed the entire project. I was not home upon completion, but they did a great job and sent a follow up email with instructions on how to take care of my new sod. My neighbors were all impressed too with the quality of work, having seen the crew at work and the end product. The only thing I'd prefer in the future is a call from a project manager or similar to confirm everything went smoothly and if I had any follow up questions.

We had the pleasure of working with Ware Landscaping & Snow Removal, and I cannot say enough good things about the company and crew. They tackled a massive job. Ware Landscaping & Snow Removal hauled dirt and tree debris from large trees taken down, installed a French Drain system, leveled our yard, and laid new sod. The crew worked nonstop and gave it their all from start to finish in 90 degree weather. It was a big physically demanding job, and they handled it with grit and determination. Thank you Ware Landscaping & Snow Removal for helping us bring new life to our yard!

I researched my standing water problem with two other landscape companies before finding Mike Ware Landscaping. After five minutes conversation, I knew this man was a professional and was truly looking out for my best interest. I was amazed at how fast the Landscaping technicians began the project after I signed the contract. Mike thought it might be a two day project but they ended up completing the entire job in one day. I found this nothing short of spectacular. Their attention to detail, their work ethic, cleanliness and professionalism were wonderful. I can’t recommend this team of experts high enough.

BEWARE!!!! If you use any other company to do your landscaping, that was your first mistake. Be Ware! This company and crew are top notch. None better. From the office to the ground crew. I went though several quotes. Mike came out and totally flipped any idea I had. Instead of pushing more water to an area that was already overloaded, which every quote I got is the way they wanted to go, Mike said I don't think so, and sent it another direction I didnt even think of. And no one else did. And made it work! You can see the scope of the work. All in a day and half!! and other than a gorgeous brand new DRY backyard, you couldn't tell anyone was there! Cleaned up like it was when they arrived. Jeronimo and Charlie were in constant contact with updates and quick to respond to any questions. Linda and the office crew are ultra responsive as well. It was finally nice to have a cookout this weekend and not be embarrassed of our yard. Thank you Ware Landscaping!!
