We hired Cal and Shan’s to put in an in ground swimming pool with a sundeck. These guys are a do it all company. You don’t need to worry about hiring anyone else, they complete the project from start to finish. The entire crew is knowledgeable, polite and hard working. Jamie and crew went to extra lengths to make sure everything looked prestigious. The edging, making berms, moving tress and bushes. The Concrete Installation is exactly what we are looking for. The look of large pieces of limestone. They even moved rocks to a different location because the two deliveries turned out to be different shades. They go the extra mile to make sure everything looks perfect. We had a few unexpected hic-ups and they just rolled with it. Brian (the pool guy) was very knowledgeable and helped us make sure our new oasis looked the way we envisioned. The area where the components are is neat and all tubes marked so we know where they go. Brain gave us some ideas a long the way. Things we didn’t think of or know being new to pool ownership. Brain takes his time to make sure the pool is installed just right. All components are higher end. Brian treated our pool as if he was building it for his own home. They had water delivered so they could get the liner wrinkles out and cut out the lights and skimmers. We only had to fill a little. (Big savings) . Our yard looks amazing. Every place equipment was driven on they placed sod. They put edging around all landscape in our back yard. Todd and Ross make sure the team leaves the area so nice that you can’t even tell work was done. Our pool looks like it’s been there for years. Unfortunately it got too cold to remove the remaining wrinkles on the swim deck and stairs. They will need to finish just a few things in the spring! We are beyond happy with our choice to go with Cal and Shan’s. You know that it’s a great company when you will miss the team coming to yout home! The entire crew is an amazing group of guys. Thank you team! Our yard is amazing. We can’t wait to swim next summer. (Or spring with the heater cranked). I highly recommend Cal and Shan’s for your pool install.

Cal and Shan's Landscape and Design Company designed and installed many beautiful and quality landscape features for our newly constructed house. They fine graded the lot and added soil, installed sod, grass mats, paver patio, flagstone retaining walls, and flagstone walkways, and then they designed the layout and planted nearly 200 perennials, bushes, and trees. They always arrived on time and were very responsive to emails, texts, and voicemails. They are now answering our questions and providing quick follow-up. We recommend this company.

If beautiful design, quality work and exceptional quality is what your looking for, Cal & Shan's is the only choice. During the entire project I had done, I had input throughout every step. I had ideas of what I wanted, but boy o boy, they knew their stuff, and exceeded my every expectation!! In my dreams, I saw what I wanted, but Cal & Shan's input exceeded even that!! The workers, they were truly the BEST!! Everyday, EVERY SINGLE DAY, they cleaned off my driveway and the street I live on!! They were proud of their work, worked hard and were the most kind bunch of guys I've ever dealt with. Special thanks to Ricardo for running a great crew!! As an older couple always able to do our own work, we were in need of a contractor to do many repairs to our property. We needed water restored to our garden area, electric restored to our out buildings, sidewalks (new and existing repaired), our patio brought up to date with new concrete work and a drip guard system under the above deck to keep the patio dry and clear of snow and ice. We wanted high quality work and we wanted to be in on the decision making process. We found that and more in Cal and Shan's Landscape and Design. We worked with Todd. Todd was very patient and would do whatever we suggested throughout the process even if it meant making changes requiring tearing up work already underway. At times the changes were required purely as a change of mind. Todd was always available by phone and would be on the job site in minutes after a call. He has a very calming effect and an assurance that he could do whatever we wanted. He seemed to understand that there is stress, especially with older couples with any large construction project.

Todd has done many projects for us over several years in the course of a long-term renovation adventure - everything from agricultural drainage repair to concrete to hardscape to fencing to landscape design. Cal & Shan's is absolutely my go-to. We've probably spent enough with Cal & Shan's to put Todd's kids through college. And every project has been excellent. The company is big enough to have all the specialized equipment needed for just about any job; but also still provides personal service. Todd and Ross have both been on the job site many times, including after hours and weekends when needed, to make sure everything is taken care of; and their guys always finish the job properly and pay attention to those last details that it's so hard to get anyone to care about. The crews work hard, put in long days, and are always professional. If quality work is of importance to you, don't hesitate. Just call them and it'll get done.
