They communicated throughout the project and were able to accommodate an added change I made to the patio project by adding a hand railing. I would definitely use their services again.

The crew was always here early and stayed late to see the project through completion. The crew were easy and fun to talk to and always willing to explain the work they were doing. They asked questions for my input when needed so I also felt involved with the project. It was amazing to watch the transformation of the yard into a wonderful addition to our home. From start to finish, our experience with Platinum Deck & Fencing has been exceptional. Joe, our salesperson, continues to impress us every step of the way. He’s knowledgeable, low-pressure, and outstanding at setting realistic expectations. His guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jeremy has also been instrumental in coordinating our walk-through, handling scheduling, and always keeping us informed. His communication and follow-through have been top-notch. The installation team, led by Robert, was equally impressive. They arrived on time, walked us through our yard to confirm the layout, and even provided a visual of how everything would look before starting. Based on that walk-through, we made a couple of small adjustments, and the crew handled them seamlessly. The professionalism was evident throughout. To our surprise, the fence was completed in under 5 hours—finished by 1 pm—and turned out beautiful. Several neighbors have already asked who did our fence, and we’re proud to share the Platinum name, knowing they deliver the highest quality and professionalism. We truly appreciate working with Platinum Deck & Fencing on our home and are looking forward to partnering with them again in just a couple of weeks for our patio.

“Saul & his crew did a fantastic job on the building of our paver patios.”

Saul & his crew did a fantastic job on the building of our paver patios. Would could not be happier with the finished project it absolutely completes our yard. We had a very low sinking yard & Saul & crew built it up & after the heavy rains recently the water finally ran down my yard. They installed French drains, love not having ugly gutter jetting out into the yard. Saul cut out a piece of concrete that had my now adult daughter's hand & foot print from when she was 2 yrs old a beautiful memory piece for the garden. I would send my daughter pictures of the progress & she would ask if there was 20 guys working & I said only 6 working like 20 guys. Their work is beautiful & detailed. Had small minor things to fix & they were on it immediately. So glad I choose Platinum Decking for this job. Shout out to Bacchus : helping us choose pavers & took his advise to go to Lurverys garden center to see pavers in person, total game changer from little samples. Shout out to: Scott: for sending Saul & his excellent crew my way & answering all my questions along the way.
