“Jim and his team were just the Team we needed for our home addition.”

Jim and his team were just the Team we needed for our home addition. From his architect helping bring my ideas to life, to his subcontractors being on point with what I wanted for our addition. His team worked very hard each day until the project was completed and when I had a question during the construction his team answered these on the spot. They also were very accommodating with All of my changes on site. Doing an addition in the middle of a pandemic was just overwhelming. Jim guided us through the uncertainty time of lumber prices fluctuations and advised us when the time was right to purchase lumber, he provided numerous estimates and we were able to choose based on price and ETD. Estimates were always sent to us for approval first, we never encountered price adjustments unless agreed upon prior to work being done. Now the project is complete and we are able to enjoy it very much.. I am extremely pleased with Jim and his team and the work they did, we definitely will be contacting Jim for our next project.

What I appreciate is how easy they are to work with, and the crew is just amazing. Clean, professional, courteous, and the results are fantastic. Highly recommend!
