He was super-helpful when he didn't have to be. If that's how he treats someone who's not really a customer, I can only imagine how great he is to work with on an actual project. Despite the fact that my project was a relatively small one (adding cabinets, counter and sink to a partially finished laundry room), it never felt that way.
