I redid my kitchen in Lincoln Park, Chicago, and after talking to a few designers and contractors, I chose Top Design and Remodeling. I really connected with the designer, Jamie, during our first chat. She was super friendly, organized, and understood what I wanted for the project. Things went smoothly from there. We had the whole plan set about four months before starting, and everything stayed on schedule. Communication was excellent, even when I was away on business trips. Whenever there was a small change or tweak, they checked with me first. I think these adjustments actually made the project better. For example, I couldn't decide on the cabinets and eventually settled on a simpler one. But when it arrived defective, they called me to see if I wanted to switch to another style they had in stock or wait for the original one. We ended up going for slightly fancier cabinets, which I had considered earlier. It was in stock, installed the next day, and made the kitchen look even better. Aside from that, we made some other changes like, adding a wine fridge, putting in new light fixtures, and completely re-doing everything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
