We have been working with the team from Thomas Architects to update our house. The staff is great at listening to ideas but also wonderful at designing and creating wonderful ideas. They made great use of the small space we have to design a home using all of our ideas and making use of all the square footage. Our house is over 60 years old and needed to be refreshed to last another 60 years. The team came up with multiple scenarios within our budget and addressed all our needs and wants. We are currently watching the design become a reality and looking forward to moving back in so we can begin enjoying it. The architects and staff have been wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I hope to add photos of the finished project soon.

Thomas Architects did an excellent job with our transformative home addition. We added a second story to our ranch house and the team expertly integrated the addition into the existing structure to create a beautiful cohesive home. The team came up with an attractive design for both the exterior and interior of the home with details like lofted ceilings, tall windows and skylights that really elevated the home's appearance. Thomas Architects also worked closely with the contractor to ensure that we moved through the city permit process seamlessly. I highly recommend them!
