I liked the communication from the Design Representative from onset. Tyler reached out the day before he was to come out to my house. He had a warm and cheerful personality, he took his time and gave me various choices and recommendations after I explained to him what I was looking for. Tyler was extremely patient, supportive as well as informative never once did I feel rushed, confused or frustrated like I did when I had another major window company come out to my house. I knew even before that other company representative even got out to the car that I would never do business with them. Lastly I would like to say that I would highly recommend The Dressed Window for all my window needs and remember to ask if Tyler could be your Design Consultant!

Gigi went out of her way to find the exact kind and color of blind I was looking for. She was very personable, and it was extremely clear that she knew what she was talking about. As a busy mother I appreciated their convenient times and the flexibility to work with my schedule. . We are so pleased with our service and could not recommend The Well Dressed Window enough! We didn't realize how much help we needed selecting window treatments and everything to consider until we had Bridget and Madeline helping us. They really know what they're talking about. They're professional, knowledgeable and really care you end up with what you need and want. They weren't pushy at all and I appreciated their honesty. The quality of their installation and work was also top notch. I would highly recommend them. Yes, you can order shades online and install them yourself, but it's worth having professionals help you so you end up with the right treatments and don't have to replace them down the line.
