I had a great experience purchasing and having my sliding doors installed. However, the real 5 stars were evident 1.5 years afterwards when I had a slight issue with my doors slipping out of the tracks. The Sliding Door Company and Cristina Beltran, specifically, were immediately responsive and quick to help me achieve a resolution. Cristina was extremely easy to talk to and worked with me to ensure that I had a speedy path forward to fix my door. Nothing but praises for the customer service experience here!

My husband and I are expecting our first baby in February and were trying to figure out the best way to build a home office in our lower level to make room for a nursery. We stumbled upon The Sliding Door Company's website in our search and it immediately felt like the best option for us. Our Sales Rep, Andrea Brannan, was incredibly easy to work with and made the process a breeze! She was also just fun to work with in general! The doors come with a very detailed installation manual that we were able to follow while installing the doors on our own. I'd highly recommend this company and their products. We'll definitely be using them again in the future.

I needed service on a swing door and Eric Redman, a customer care representative with the company, got it all set up for me very quickly. Manny came out a couple of days later and fixed the problem.
