You can stop searching! Hire The Kitchen Master team! Honestly, this experience has been the best we've ever had. We've never worked with a company that was more organized, professional, thorough, honest, and delivered the highest quality results. Designer Sarah was wonderful to work with and gave us so many great suggestions. She understood our budget concerns and worked with us to find just the right balance. Tom managed the project to perfection and didn't miss any details. The communication using their web portal made it so easy to see the schedule, daily results, and correspond with email. Even when the city permits hit a snag that delayed the project over a week, they made up the time and finished on schedule. Always prompt responses to questions/concerns and addressing corrections. The demo team (Ricardo and Audell) cleared our kitchen very fast and cleaned up the work area. Damon is a fantastic carpenter and did flawless work with our cabinets, framing, finishing, and anything else we asked. All of the subcontracted teams (electrical/drywall/plumbing/painting/flooring/etc.) did fantastic work. Our entire ground floor is transformed and we couldn't be happier. Great job everyone and Thank you!

We bought an older home last year with a kitchen straight out of the 60s. We hired The Kitchen Master to fully remodel our kitchen, tearing down a wall, replacing the floor, and installing all new applieances. Our first meeting was in November, the project kicked off in February and completed in April. The entire process was fairly well communicated, and any time we had questions the team was extremely responsive. The project timeline was thought-out and planned well, and we only experienced some very minor hiccups (like missing one piece of trim that came a week or two later). The workers were all prompt, respectful, and did quality work. We are thrilled with the end result. Our kitchen is beautiful and so much more functional. If you are looking to hire someone to help plan your entire remodeling project, I completely recommend The Kitchen Master.

Tom, Sarah, Ted, and the whole team at The Kitchen Master were great to work with. From a design perspective, they were able to bring the idea in that was in our head onto paper and developed great drawings and renderings to help us visualize it. We were given extensive options and price points on the countertops and cabinet lines for our new kitchen island. Once construction started, the team at our house were the consummate professionals, ensuring that they kept the rest of the house as clean as it could be during demolition and remodeling job. They stayed on schedule perfectly the entire time and even ended up finishing ahead of schedule for us. The end product looks incredible, and we are very happy with it. Through the entire process, The Kitchen Master was professional, communicative, easy to work with, and kind. The highest praise I can offer is that we will certainly be hiring them again for future remodeling jobs and hold them in high regard.

We are about halfway through our major kitchen remodeling process with KitchenMasters. At this point, we could not be more pleased with the process, from design to proposals to the remodeling phase. The use of BuilderTrend application where upon you can see full schedule, receive updates and pictures, is a tremendous service tool. Additionally, the cleanliness of the worksite after each day is a very pleasant surprise. The job is not yet done, but to date, the work, the professionalism, the communication, has far exceeded expectations.

We used the Kitchen Master to remodel our Kitchen 30+ years ago. New cabinets, counter tops, flooring, lighting, and walls. It has stood the wear of time and we never had a problem with any of their work. So when it was time to redo the Master bathroom we hired them once again. The Master bathroom was totally gutted and the finished product is beautiful. It was a pleasure working with our installer (Josh) and the project manager (Tom). That was seven years ago. We had a tile that appeared to be loosening a few weeks ago. I called and talked to the owner and he immediately sent Tom to see what was happening. It was a simple fix that they took care of even though we were out of warranty. This is a company that stands behind their work. Their service is excellent and they immediately respond if you have a problem. If you are looking for a company that does an excellent job and stands behind their work call the Kitchen Master.

We initially hired Kitchen Masters to remodel our kitchen and master bath, and their work was so exceptional that I decided to have them remodel the rest of my house as well. Stacy, the designer, was absolutely fabulous. She truly listened to our ideas and helped us bring our vision to life, creating a home that perfectly reflects who we are. Stacy‘s designs are beautiful. I never knew I could be so in love with my home. The entire process was made incredibly easy, thanks to their friendly and professional team. Every member of the team, from the tradespeople to Tom the project manager, took their time and worked meticulously to ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail was unparalleled, and they made sure that every aspect of the remodel was built to last. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The team was very respectful of our house and our time. They were great at communicating what was happening when. Every day they made sure to clean up before they left. Adding a review for a second project (bathroom remodels) that The Kitchen Master did for us. The review for the first project (kitchen remodel) is below. In 2023, The Kitchen Master remodeled our kitchen. We were so pleased with the results and with the entire process that there was no question about who we would call when we decided to remodel two of our bathrooms. KM remodeled both bathrooms, and the results were wonderful. KM gives you a work schedule at the start of the project. The schedule shows the work that will be done for every date for the duration of the project. This provides additional comfort that the work has been carefully planned out in advance and that the various subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.) have been scheduled and will show up when they’re supposed to. Our designer, Sarah, was knowledgeable, creative, and thorough. She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The two Kitchen Master tradesmen, Damon and Anthony, who did the demo, inspection prep work, finish carpentry, etc. did first-rate work. The project manager, Tom, kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. He was always responsive to any questions and concerns that we had along the way. I simply can’t say enough about the professionalism of everyone that we worked with from The Kitchen Master. Kitchen Remodel The Kitchen Master did a ‘down to the studs’ remodel of our kitchen, and we are extremely pleased with the results. These guys are absolute pros, who efficiently and expertly handled every phase of the project from the design of the new kitchen to the installation of the appliances. The designer on our project was Jennifer, who worked iteratively with us to come up with 3 design proposals. Any of the 3 would’ve been great, and we couldn’t be happier with the one that we ultimately chose. Our kitchen went from being a dim, cramped, barely functional space to being bright and open with plenty of room for multiple people to work simultaneously on different tasks. The demo, framing, and inspection prep work was done by Ray, who clearly knows construction and was a good problem-solver (and minor problems are inevitable once the walls and floors are opened up). One the back end, Josh did our cabinet and appliance install. His work was meticulous. He and Ray both did a thorough clean-up at the end of each workday. KM, of course, had to bring in a variety of trades for this job - plumbing, electrical, drywall, floor, and tile. All of the work was done well. Tom, the project manager, gave us a day-by-day schedule of work before the project started and he made sure that everything stayed on schedule. He kept us well-informed every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this firm again for any remodeling work that we may do.

The Kitchen Master replaced our counters, backsplash, sinks and faucets. They covered my floors and taped off the family room for removal and always cleaned up! My kitchen looks amazing and updated! It only took a week! They are a pleasure to work with and you won’t be disappointed!
