We are grateful to Andrew and Naperville roofing for inspecting and repairing the roof of our elderly, cognitively challenged loved one, who lives by himself in the Chicago suburbs. We manage his finances and learned second hand that an unscrupulous, storm chasing roofing outfit had gotten into his house and directed him to call Allstate to start a claim for hail damage. They even showed him pictures of the damage. (It wasn't his roof.) As family we intervened to determine if there was really any damage. Andrew thoroughly inspected the roof and found no damage! The project managers for the roof were excellent with communication and even responding when we had questions a week later on something we needed clarification on. The interior project designers were exceptional. Choices for cabinets and tile can be overwhelming but they narrowed down options for us to make it a more fun experience. Will definitely use again for our next projects!

We found it hard to find someone to do a relative small job - a master bath remodel which can cost anywhere from $20,000 to $50,000. Naperville Roofing (needs a name change) came out and provided a bid when I found it hard to get bids. They removed jacuzzi and archway, replaced all the tile and vanity countertop, new shower, did the painting. We also added a new vanity top in downstairs bathroom and new sink in 2nd floor powder room. My wife loves the new toilet they recommended. Joe (sadly moved to TN now) walked us through tile selections which we love. Jordan and the team was pretty easy to work with, quick replies on texts and contractors seemed to know what they were doing. Took a bit longer than we expected but we started with an extremely tight timeline and added work. We were very pleased with the finished product.
