AJ was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable during the whole process of communicating with my insurance company. It took about a year and a half to get the insurance company to approve my claim and AJ was on top of it the whole time. The final product is just as impressive as all the work that was done leading up to getting the roof. Cannot recommend this company enough. I wish I could give AJ and Horizon Restoration 6 stars.

Julius noticed a hole in my roof after a very bad windy storm. After an inspection, he contacted my insurance and took charge of absolutely everything after that. I have a new roof, awnings, gutters and window trim. He dealt with the insurance, the workers, and all the scheduled work. I can't say enough about the way Julius handled it all. Artem went out of his way to make sure I was taken of and answered all my questions before I asked them. Since this was not my first experience having my roof replaced I have something to compare this to and I must say they were so easy to deal with. The installers were polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. if you have roof damage I highly recommend Horizon.

The Team from Horizon Restoration was excellent. They worked with us every step of the way and the installation was incredible! Our new DaVinci roof is fantastic and the crews have made several additional trips to ensure that the punch list has been fully completed. The on-site crew cleaned up and made sure there was no debris (including sweeping the drive/yard with magnets to pick up any nails, screws or staples). BRAVO!
