Small residential flat roof resurface and gutter install. There was a downspout mistake on the gutters, but they came back the next day to fix it, which was a Saturday. Their price competes with other quotes and I felt they provided the superior service. TAR did not recommend a roof regrade and there are 2-3 spots where water pools but they provided a five year warranty for the work in the contract.

“Workmanship was good.”

Workmanship was good. Roofers repaired and re-shingled my garage in one day. They left the interior of the garage and my yard cleaner than before they started. Price was fair and I was informed exactly what charges to expect. We've had two downpours since the re-roof job and not a drop of leakage.

“What a complete team effort.”

What a complete team effort. I was lucky to find such professionals. Not only did they complete a flawless install on my new custom weathered wood shingles in record time but they took extraordinary measures to ensure my new composite decking didn't get a scratch on it as well as protecting everything else on my property. I mean right down to every protecting every plant in my yard to retrieving every nail during clean up. We had TAR Roofing recently replace the ~1,300 SF flat roof on our condo building. They came recommended and didn’t disappoint. The whole experience was very positive. High level of customer service from every person with whom we interacted. They were responsive with the quote and scheduling the work. They were very efficient with removing existing decking and replacing the roof. They also didn’t leave a trace of leftover debris. Highly recommend Damian and his team.

TAR Restoration is the best company I have had dealings with in my 68 years on this earth! As the President of the Homeowner's Association it is essential that the Board stay within budget, the company is insured with Workman's comp coverage and we get the necessary warranties. The owner of TAR Roofing is knowledgeable, friendly and honest and offers the best work and customer service possible. We had a complete roof replacement on two of six townhouse buildings and are completely satisfied. The supervisor communicated the timing of the job and if there were weather delays. The work people were very skilled and cleaned up the mess at the end of each day with meticulous care. No broken bushes, no nails around the building! Two six-unit roofs were completed in one week and all new gutters were installed. We will use them for the remaining 3 roofs in the coming years! Fantastic! First rate! Amazing!
