The job was done in a timely matter and they treated our home with respect by keeping a very clean job site. I highly recommend Pete and his crew from SWS. We had major storm damage and decided to go with the Google reviews as opposed to the dozens of contractors that came door-to-door. There are four reasons I'd recommend SWS: 1) Communication - the owner Pete gave me his cell phone and responded immediately day or night with any questions we had; very easy to schedule both roof and gutters and always responsive; 2) Care/Quality - We have an in-ground pool and bar setup near the house; Pete came by the day before the roof install with his crew to personally ensure everything was well-protected from nails and the related debris that comes with any roofing job - everything was protected and the cleanup was very well done; his foreman Nick was also a true professional and took pride in his crew doing high quality work 3) Details - Pete and team handled the permitting very quickly and we were one of the first houses completed (others waited months for permits). When we were picking out shingles, it was hard to make a decision based on the brochures, so he gave us multiple addresses in the area with the actual shingles we had narrowed down to. Once we saw them the decision was easy; 4) Honesty - we had a pre-approved claim from insurance and shared openly it with Pete. He could have taken full advantage but instead was very honest and fair in what was billed. He also got the paperwork in quickly to insurance which helped in getting the claim processed. I highly recommend SWS.

Great local company. Pete and the crew were all friendly and did the job right. Took care of permits and everything was cleaned up when finished. This was the first time I had to do any repairs bc of storm damage and Pete was upfront about everything. No surprises or hidden costs at the end.
