We recently completed building our home with Dan at Skycrest Homes. It was a great experience in what was a hectic situation, as we had started building towards the end of the Pandemic. We had a few hiccups that slowed the process, but none of this was related to Dan and his team, and in fact Dan was there with us step by step to navigate some of those difficult moments. Skycrest uses an app to communicate progress on the project, as well as a place to store documents, logs, and selections which made the process for us quite a bit easier to follow, especially since we were in another state for a majority of the construction period. We were able to rest easy knowing there would be progress shared directly with us throughout the process because of this. Additionally, Dan was enthusiastic for the house design we chose and put us in good hands with the various vendors we worked with to complete the design of our home. I cannot begin to thank Dan enough for working with us to build our home, and I'll be very glad to tell everyone who helped us get it done and made us feel at ease along the way. Thank you Dan and the Skycrest team for helping our dream become a reality!

The most important decision you'll make when you are building a custom home is who to hire to build it. We are so happy that we chose Dan build our house and would hire him again (except we are staying in this home forever!). He has a lot of experience and knowledge, and allowed us homeowners to be extremely hands on and involved as we wanted. We were in constant communication, either via the home build app we used to approve selections and see the live schedule, or weekly calls or on-site meetings, and he was readily available via text or email or calls. He really knew every detail of our design vision, and we are grateful he brought it to reality so successfully.
