This location (hopefully others too) has an outstanding staff. I’m not a professional landscaper, just a landlord and own a farm. They have treated me like a million bucks, helping me choose the proper grass seed, erosion blanket(s) and replacement sprinkler heads. Devon (maybe a manager, really went out of her way for me. Owen (younger man that helps in the yard) was also very nice, loaded all the hay bales I purchased. Can’t say enough good things about them. Really appreciate the service and product(s). Hopefully Siteone reads these reviews because they have great employees. Thanks Devon and Owen! On 9-18-23 I went here to pick up 50lb of Sun and shade park seed and some starter fert. A nice young lady waited on me at the counter. While I told her what I needed a guy about my age was within earshot, he immediately went to the back and had my products on a cart before I put my card into the machine. They were short on 50lb bags so another guy came up (without asking) and helped the young lady process the transaction. Everyone here is so nice, just wonderful people. I know I sound like a broken record but the people here are outstanding. Juan has helped 3 times this year, he is an incredibly nice talented, experienced hardworking man (and now a friend). This spring late April 2025 I bought 50 lb bags of sun/shade and another 59 of shady mix. He waited on me immediately, brought the stuff to my truck. That’s when he told me what his background was (irrigation, worked in Florida, etc.). Very pleasant. The next month, more seed, fertilizer. Last Friday I went in there to pick his brain on our sprinkler system. Just then the hunter rep came in lol. I have an older Hunter Pro C controller. Both gentlemen couldn’t have been nicer. I ran some tests on system over the weekend and it looks like I need a new controller. It’s going to be a Hunter Hydrawise from Siteone. Keep up the outstanding work. Edit 9-30-25. 2 weeks ago I picked up 4 oak trees from the Diehl road location. Just like the 111th location, these people rock! Very well organized operation, employees moving all over. They took me in a side by side to look at the trees, marked them and asked when I wanted them. The next morning (right after they opened) I showed up, paid for them and they were right there waiting for me to come out so they could load them on the trailer. They assisted with my tarp to protect them, situated them son they wouldn’t move for the 30 mile trek. Just another great experience. Also while I was there, Juan (from the 111th st location) was in there. He recognized me and came over and shook my hand asked how I was doing, etc. He helped me a lot on an irrigation issue I had. He has a wealth of knowledge and doesn’t mind sharing.

My wife and I stopped by on a Friday, close to closing time to inquire about patio paver lights. They had exactly what we needed. We were greeted by Juan who was extremely welcoming and professional. He gave us ideas on light placement along our patio and really treated us like family. John and Berenice were also super friendly and eager to help. They both provided excellent customer service. Berenice, on a previous occasion, helped me set up my company/contractor's account and helped me show me how to view items on the siteone app. Overall, great store to buy any landscaping supplies. Even though Site One may seem like it's geared towards the professional landscaper, they treat everyone with the same respect and are extremely patient and helpful. I highly recommend this store specifically due to how they take care of you and treat you like family. Thank you Juan, John, and Berenice. Keep up the great work. Happy Holidays.

John O’Conner and Chad are the best ! Did a natural stone job for my home and and got quotes from several landscape company - by far , Siteone had the best sales reps to help understanding the material to be used. John O’Conner was very professional and helped showing us the material and Chad was amazing in executing the layout and constructing the purchase. Highly recommended !

“Went in for a certain item which was out of stock at the time but they did have a similar product...”

Went in for a certain item which was out of stock at the time but they did have a similar product with the same ingredients that the representative showed me and I did purchase it. While there I inquired about another product and was told it would be delivered to them later today. I will be back tomorrow to purchase that item. I will probably think of more things that I need by then. Thanks for the great service and information.
