Finding Scholl Construction for our dream house was a true blessing. Pete and his team made this custom house project less stressful but more fun and memorable. We are forever grateful with Pete’s professional and honest advice throughout the project. It is also worth mentioning that even our bank was impressed with Pete’s responsiveness to their calls and queries. They said, “it’s always a good sign when you can talk directly to the owner and not given the runaround”. Our experience was a little unique since part of our build timeline was in the beginning of the pandemic, when everything shutdown except for the essential workers. Despite the challenges, Scholl construction was able to complete the project as scheduled without compromising the safety of the tradespeople. As a healthcare worker, I admired Pete’s dedication to ensure everyone’s health and safety. Besides Scholl construction’s trustworthiness and reliability, their workmanship is topnotch! I wish I can share more pictures 😊 It has been a little over a year since we moved in, yet we still continue to fall in love with this little abode each day. More power to Scholl Construction!!!!

It has been my pleasure to have worked with clients who have contracted with Scholl Construction to have their custom home built. As an interior designer, I help my clients select and design every exterior and interior finish for their new home. Working with my clients it is evident Peter Scholl pays attention to all details in the entire scope of building a project from the ground up. Today it takes a small army of professionals to have a home built. Scholl’s work begins long before a any shovel enters the ground on a project. Peter listens intently to his clients to learn exactly how they want their home to function and look. These meeting also include in depth conversations about budget. Working closely with the architect, all aspect of the project are mapped out. Scholl has great knowledge of each municipalities required codes and makes certain all codes are met. There is always open communication between Scholl Construction and the clients. Trade professionals are scheduled and often rescheduled do to things like weather, adjustments for time conflicts and normal construction issues. Steadily and continuously timelines are met and the home is completed. Scholl never stops until the client is happy and loves their new custom home. As my client’s personal interior designer, I know they are thrilled with the end results of their beautiful new custom home by Scholl Construction. Thank you, Peter Scholl Construction! We recently worked with Scholl Construction by photographing an amazing house that was build by them. I was surprised by the great work that was done it on that house located in Sleepy Hollow. From what I understood they did great work on a tight schedule. Not only that, Peter was very flexible and up for any challenge that the job presented but made sure everything was done by details.
