Their customer service is above and beyond, their plumber, tile guys, carpenters and foreman were all excellent and easy to work with as well. They problem solve and do detailed work. Royal Empire remodeled our first floor, we couldn't be happier that we chose them!! They were polite, fast, honest, and really listened to what we wanted. They kept us informed not only of the schedule but also offered their opinion when asked what would work and look best in our space and came up with an unbelievable design! Everyone of their workers is fantastic! I'm home a lot, and we stayed in our home during the model, which really gave me a chance to get to know them and see their work ethic! They work hard, are genuinely great guys, and you can see how much they love what they do for a living! I would not only highly recommend them, I'm more than happy to be a contact of recommendation for them! Best experience with a remodel we have ever had, and we will call them again whenever we have another project!!!

“Royal construction is one of the few contractors I’ve worked with that is genuine and honest.”

Royal construction is one of the few contractors I’ve worked with that is genuine and honest. Given the contracting business requires specialized knowledge and extensive time it’s easy for contractors to “sweep thing under the rug” however Royal construction was honest and straightforward they took ownership of any unexpected items without blaming the home owner. They were patient and communicative through the process and gave you the facts without feeling they are trying to upset. They do a phenomenal job of tailoring each project to the client needs. I saw this first hand as my project was not cookie cutter.
