Hi all, I wanted to let you know how wonderful my General Contractor David Rodriguez is. He is the owner of Rooftopia LLC. My Mother-in-Law is very picky (that is an understatement). Anyhow, she needed a new roof, and some interior work done in her bathroom. David met with her and outlined everything he was going to do and the cost. He was also helpful with helping us navigate through homeowner's insurance. His estimate was within reason, and she decided to use his company. She is thrilled with his work. David and his crew are professional to say the least. Everything was clean and neat afterward. My husband and I decided to have David work on our house, that got damaged from Hurricane Helene. David replaced all of our siding, replaced our roof, took care of damage inside, and painted. I can not thank him or his crews enough for the beautiful job. Hola a todos, quería contarles lo maravilloso que es mi contratista general, David Rodríguez. Es el dueño de Rooftopia LLC. Mi suegra es muy exigente (y eso es quedarse corto). En fin, necesitaba un techo nuevo y algunas reformas interiores en su baño. David se reunió con ella y le explicó todo lo que iba a hacer y el costo. También nos ayudó a gestionar el seguro de vivienda. Su presupuesto estuvo dentro de lo razonable, y ella decidió contratar su empresa. Está encantada con su trabajo. David y su equipo son profesionales, como mínimo. Todo quedó limpio y ordenado después. Mi esposo y yo decidimos que David trabajara en nuestra casa, que sufrió daños por el huracán Helene. David reemplazó todos los revestimientos, el techo, se encargó de los daños interiores y pintó. No tengo palabras para agradecerle a él ni a su equipo por el magnífico trabajo. ¡Por favor, dale saludos de mi parte a Pete y a tu equipo!

Excellent experience from start finish. Jenn, Marcin, and the entire Rooftopia team were amazing to work with. My project was large and required a fair amount of coordination…architects, surveyors, permitting, etc. My team was in constant communication, updating me on next steps, checking in to make sure that I was happy with each phase of the project, and promptly responding to ALL of my questions. The end result was better than I could have ever imagined….the care that they took with my home, the quality of the custom features that reflected my personal style, and the attention to detail, all resulted in an beautiful outdoor space that I will enjoy for many years to come!

The whole team at Rooftopia was fantastic to work with- they came out for an initial consultation in which we had a rough idea of what we wanted to accomplish, but wanted input from experts to finalize the design and project. Jenn and Bobbie were always responsive, gave us several mock-ups that we provided feedback on, and then we finalized the design plans. They completed the work in just a couple days and it was better than we even imagined. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for outdoor garden/pergola/kitchen design work

Rooftopia did an amazing job on our garage rooftop deck remodel. They took our ideas/priorities and came up with a fabulous design that maximizes the space, is functional and beautiful. We love our new custom pergola with unique detailed ironwork, the built in heaters, fire table, dining and bar areas. The quality of the craftsmanship, materials and design is amazing. They have a real attention to detail and are customer service oriented. They kept us updated frequently throughout the project. All of the people at Rooftopia - the owners, project manager, welders and other workers were professional and respectful of the space & neighbors. And it feels good to support a small, local, responsible, woman-owned company. Our deck is our new favorite space! We highly recommend them for any outdoor project!

For the past several years they have been managing for me a roughly 3000 sf rooftop Japanese garden and have done a fantastic job. Rooftopia have taken on tasks ranging from regular maintenance to redesign and reconstruction of a complex irrigation system and hardscape improvements. The team are consistently knowledgeable, on time, professional and highly dependable.

Amazing job. Totally worth the cost. The design is fantastic, the team was professional, the attention to detail is great and everything was done on time. But I want to mention something else. The way they engineered this is incredible. They actually built the entire pergola in a way didn't touch the membrane of the roof. It connects to the wall (through bolts and pressure plates) so that I have 0% concern about water. It's amazing. I did a rooftop project once with another company. It was a horrible experience and way more expensive than projected. But worst of all, it leaked. I lived in fear after that I'd see water stains on the ceiling. I have none of that fear with the work that Rooftopia did. They were the highest bid and the right choice. If you talk to them, listen carefully to their advice and take their recommendations. The expense is totally worth it. I love my rooftop. My whole family does. Thank you, Rooftopia!
