The best ever! I get soooo many compliments on my home. Whatever you want done, they makes it happen. Even if you change your mind, they make your new ideas happen. Lol they were very professional and always on time. The GC makes sure everything is up to your standards. Also, they move really fast. They make sure to get you back into your place within a decent and realistic time frame. I 10/10 highly recommend.

“We had an outstanding experience with Joe and his team from Remodeling Chicago.”

We had an outstanding experience with Joe and his team from Remodeling Chicago. Our project entailed replacing the siding, windows, and flat roof at the back of our house, in addition to fully rebuilding our back deck. Joe completed the entire project in a timely manner, despite less than favorable weather, and delivered quality results that passed both a private home inspection and the official city inspection with minimal conditions (which Joe promptly corrected). The project also entailed a couple of change orders, which Joe seamlessly integrated into the ongoing work without pushing the total cost too much higher than the original estimate. During the planning phase and throughout the duration of the project, Joe was extremely communicative and unfailingly professional. He is above and beyond the best contractor we have ever worked with in the Chicago area. We hope to work with him and his team again in the near future.

Joe came through just as I had hoped for. In fact, he went above and beyond what I had expected especially with regards to timeline for window installation. While other contractors were giving me a 16 week timeline - Joe on the other hand have me 6 weeks, but was able to install the windows by the end of the 5th week.

Joe transformed our fixer upper. We were in a dire situation and with a previous contractor and switched over to Joe upon a recommendation. It was the best decision we could have made. Joe is caring and thoughtful about his clients. We relied on Joe to get us through a bunch of projects - some anticipated and others unexpected. We loved working with Joe so much that when we replaced our roof and windows later on, it was a no brainer we were going with Joe again.
