I contacted reliable roofing several years back when we needed a repair on our garage roof. Josh was quick to respond and provided A very reasonable quote but we ended up going with a different contractor in the end. When it came time for us to do the roof of our house, I reach back out to Josh And he was just as helpful this time around as he was the last time, even though we didn’t go with him the first time. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to work with my schedule. We had some shingles that blew off in a storm, and after the contract was signed they repaired the shingles until My travel schedule allowed for the full roof to be replaced. Josh and his crew arrived when scheduled , tore out our decking on our flat roof, removed the shingles on our pitched roof and replaced everything within a span of a single day. I am very happy with the work that they performed and the warranty on both roofs gives me piece of mind. I feel confident that I can call Josh If something were to go wrong and that he would have it fixed immediately. I will definitely be using Reliable Roofing again and recommend to anybody to reach out to them if they need a repair or roof replacement.

“This was an amazingly efficient experience.”

This was an amazingly efficient experience. Our building was planning on getting our roof deck rebuilt and we wanted to have the roof inspected and done between the dismantling of the old deck and installation of the new. But we didn't know what the schedule for the builders would be. I checked in from time to time with Josh whenever I had new information to make sure we could time this right and he always assured me they could work with whatever it was. And indeed they could. They were able to come as soon as the old deck demo was done and finish the job quickly. It looks great.

They not only re-did our main roof but also tackled a big project by re-doing the roof under our rooftop deck. Reliable Roofing was perfect to work with from start to finish. Josh Nicholas and his team were prompt courteous, and did a darned good job on our 3 unit building's flat roof. When Josh let me know the project was completed, I was shocked as it was significantly ahead of when I was anticipating. He simply said that they showed up with 9 guys and were able to just crank it out. Literally in the time I expected a roof to be just torn off, his team completed the whole thing. A similar unit across the street from us had a roofing company take 3 times longer. Thank you Josh, absolutely recommend. Also of note, the roof itself looks absolutely fantastic.
