Reliable designed and built our family the most beautiful gourmet kitchen we could've ever imagined. The craftsmanship was outstanding. Any home remodeling project taking place while you are living in the house is never pleasant but the resulting product turned out very elegantly and was all worth it. Their customer service is also outstanding. Even when things were outside of the warranty period, they sent the contractors to our house to address minor issues. Overall, I would recommend Reliable for any home remodeling project.

We’ve had two major projects with Reliable. Upstairs master bathroom, spa room and created an upstairs laundry. We were so pleased we had our kitchen, mud room and family room remodeled. “Excellent customer service is sometimes hard to find but not with this company.”

Excellent customer service is sometimes hard to find but not with this company. As example over 9 years ago we had Reliable redo our entire kitchen. It turned out beautiful. The design is timeless. A small problem developed when a seam in the granite counter started to weaken. The company has a 7yr warranty so wasn’t sure if they would help me, but called anyway. Yes they did, talked to Beth who gave me resources that would help. Sure enough.. called them and because I had Reliable as backup reference…they were more than willing to schedule repair. Not always the case on small repair jobs.

In 2009, after vetting a few construction companies, we chose RHI to expand our family room, add a sun room, and add a 3rd bay to our garage. What a great choice they were. 13 years later we are loving our expanded space and have not had one issue with its construction. They were very professional, on time, and great to work with. Now we are planning a small upgrade of our kitchen and needed help with sourcing some materials. As a former customer, RHI staff were gracious enough to spend some time with us to help us find the right fixtures that will fit in our existing space, even though they will not be doing the work as the job is too small for them. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat if we had unlimited funds.

We recently had our master bathroom totally gutted and completely redone by Reliable Home Improvement. Were they the cheapest? We have no idea, as they were the only ones we actually asked to bid after evaluating several other contenders based on quality, reliability, and reputation. The following are the highlights of our fabulous journey: • Office staff was great, starting the first day we showed up unannounced. Continually throughout the project they were in contact with us regarding various permits and forms to sign. Once, we even had a home visit, saving us the 20 mile trip to their office. There is no way we could have kept up with city requirements without them. • Our designer, Dave K, was great. He came up with a design that exceeded our expectations, fully explaining the advantages/disadvantages of every aspect. He had to talk me into one major enhancement, and now I am so glad he did. • Over the years we’ve had several major home remodeling jobs, but it was Reliable that introduced me to the concept of having a Project Supervisor. I really feel this was key to the success of our project. I do feel Reliable utilizes only the best available contractors – plumbers, electricians, carpenters. However, even the best contractors need a watchful eye coordinating the myriad of activities. Michael C. filled this role to a tee, making sure each contractor fully understood every detail of the plan and following up to assure that they complied. It’s comforting having a technical expert there looking out for your best interest. • The crew that did the prep work and then the final clean up were professional, efficient and quite courteous. Our tile and wood floors were all well protected against the heavy traffic that they would endure throughout the project. • The duration of the project was to be 8 weeks and up front we were provided with a day by day schedule of which contractor would be there. Almost to the end this schedule held true. Due to the pandemic the shower glass was on back order but they made sure we had a usable bathroom, other than the shower. The final completion date came in at 11 weeks. So the bottom line is that we’re glad we went with a major firm, one with the experience and resources to do the job right.

I did a full tear out and rebuild of my kitchen and owner's bathroom in 2020 with Reliable Home Improvement. My kitchen is a delight to cook in now. My bathroom includes a larger shower, a beautiful mosaic floor and accommodates the washer/dryer which totally upgrades the livability of my townhome. I plan to live here happily for a long time!
