Rick's crew did an outstanding job with our master bath suite project. The shower was expanded to give us more elbow room and the tilers' measurements were precise in every manner. Prior to installing the shower floor, Jack and Vlad layed out the tile pattern in a different room to determine exact dimensions. This precision resulted in them only needing to cut tiles surrounding the shower drain. They also handled a wall that was out of plumb and replaced the subfloor in the bath. Rick's plumbers efficently installed new shower plumbing and returned later on site to install new fixtures and toilet. Our unique master suite floor plan is a continuous run from the shower to the vanity to the master closet, so the crew had additional work that required precision. The floor tile we selected ran about 25 feet connecting the 3 areas. Rick's crew measured where each tile would lay so that the 3rds floor pattern would not be interrupted. While our shower area is small, adding the vanity area and closet resulted in a large project. New doors and vanity were also installed and their finished work of painting the doors, trim and walls was exceptional. They worked continuously 6 days a week for 3 weeks and left the site spotless. I highly recommend RBR Total Home Remodeling. They exceeded our expectations and were a pleasure to work with.

From the first rendering of the proposed master-bath project until completion, the entire process was very professional. The tradesmen employed by Room By Room were courteous and very considerate of our home. They worked diligently, always respectful and accommodatd to our daily routine. The crew, Mario, Andy, Darek and Luke were outstanding gentlemen. The work progress was monitored on-sight by Tom and coordinated exceptionally well by Lee Anne. Lee Anne was temendous in her patience with us in coordinating our selections of products and following up with the suppliers with changes and/or correcting problems with a particular order. It was hard to believe that she wasn't next door in the manner she oversaw the details of our product orders. Each day was exciting to see changes as the project progressed and the finished Bathroom is more beautiful than we had visualized. We would recommend Room By Room in a Heartbeat! We have used RBR for multiple jobs in pir house. We first used them to remodel our bathrooms in our house. It was a complete gut job and the results were nothing less than amazing. They showed up on time, were.professional and trustworthy and the head salesman checked in everyday. Form start to finish the whole process was perfect. Everyone We worked with was so kind, pleasant and professional. Fast forward, 3 years later and we just had them complete a full renovation of.our kitchen, dining room, hallways and powder room. For the beginning planning stages, Frank was amazing, Lee Anne is so organized and keeps the project moving and gives daily updates. The crews that came in were immaculate, trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. I never once felt uncomfortable with anyone in my house. “I met Tom the owner several years ago when I hired him to install new windows and siding.”

I met Tom the owner several years ago when I hired him to install new windows and siding. He built out for new beautiful casement windows. He did a fantastic job back then. I recently found his business card when I was bidding the kitchen remodel for the same home. Tom sent his estimator followed by all of the support team. They were very thorough and knowledgeable . They recommend partners for some of the equipment that would be needed or we could procure on our own. RBR gave us plenty of flexibility and choices. Planning with their architect, engineers and all the trade pros made us feel very comfortable we were making the best decisions. Good communication throughout the whole process everyday. When there were questions or changes they were addressed immediately any time any day. We did check with other builders but they were all a little sketchy, and the price too good to be true. RBR was a little on the high side out of all the bids but the owner and his team are true professionals Don, Adam, Lee Anne, Vlad, Rich, Luke, Roman, and the original siding guy who remembered us after 10 years. All inspections were passed with our village. If you don’t want any headaches, this company is it.

We have always had mold problems in our master bathroom since we moved in our house 26 years ago, we tried everything from mold remediation companies to a previous remodel. Tom Scanlon was recommended by a friend & when I texted him, he immediately texted that he wasn’t available that he would get back to me later in the day which he did. When he looked at my bathroom he told me immediately that the bathroom wasn’t vented correctly & how he was going to fix it. The entire organization is so professional, the vendors they recommended were amazing, Lee Ann in the office was always so supportive, Roman’s work is spectacular, Gregg, our project manager was there every day.
