We had a wonderful experience with Rapp Construction. We had them finish half of our basement and our basement definitely had some challenges which Rapp did an excellent job addressing. We are very pleased with the results. Our project manager, Don, was excellent at communication and was always very quick to respond to any inquiries. We had a couple of adjustments throughout the process and the team was happy to accomodate and was able to complete things in a timely fashion. We loved working with Rapp and would hire them again in a heartbeat for any renovation needs!

Rapp completely redid our basement, and were amazing; we were so impressed with them from start to finish. We got regular, weekly updates on the process, timeline, and schedule from the very beginning. Everyone who came in to work was professional, and the finished product will obviously last for a very long time; the workmanship is incredible. The initial estimate that we received for the entire project was also very accurate. If we ever have any other remodeling to do, we will definitely be using Rapp again.

After getting 4 bids I called Rapp for the fifth one and discovered I should have started with them. Everyone I was in contact with was professional and honest. No BS sales tactics. Once the work started I felt very comfortable with all involved and they showed up when they said they would. Now my new shower, which replaced an old jacuzzi, is amazing. We were very pleased with the work done by Rapp Construction. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and they installed our new walk-in shower in one day. We wanted the shower installed as quickly as possible, and they were able to come in a few weeks ahead of their initial scheduling time frame to get the job completed. We would definitely recommend them for any construction needs and would hire them again.

I hired Derrick Services to remodel our bathroom. It's a small room so there was only one worker to do everything. There were a couple of issues (not necessarily their fault) but it caused delays. Pete worked extra hours and came over on his day off to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I love the final result. Thank you Andrew and Pete.
