Quality Builders recently completed a full remodel on my property in Elgin. The work included replacing the shingles, siding, windows, back door, and finishing the interior flooring. The project ran smoothly and professionally. Project Manager Jon maintained good communication, and the crew was experienced and tidy. They stayed within budget and offered useful suggestions that added value to the house. I am happy with the results, especially the new energy-efficient windows with aluminum capping. Jonathan is really easy to work with. He's very responsive, and flexible. This renovation project was a bear from the beginning and Jonathan and his team felt like they were on my side the whole time. Jonathan has a team of sub contractors that do great work. The drywall team was highly skilled, and pleasant to have around the house (I work from home, so I was here while the work was being done). The tuck pointer worked fast and got that job done in record time. Even when there were a few miscommunications about the scope of work Jonathan and the team paid attention and were very flexible and forgiving. I hope to work with them in the future.
