We can’t say enough good things about Sergey, Vasil, and the entire Prospectile team. All the work they completed, including extensive tile work and fixtures/shower/tub installation in our primary bathroom, kitchen backsplash, paint, and finishing touches in multiple rooms in our home, was done beautifully with care and craftsmanship. We also appreciated their dependability and efforts to make the process as easy on our family as possible by keeping work areas clean and maintaining a schedule that was reasonable for the project and always on time. We had our master bath completely gutted and redone by Prospect Tile in Feb of 2022. Sergey and his team crushed it from design to completion. Their team was professional, showed up on time and came ready to work even during a snowstorm when everything else was closed. I have been meaning to write this review for 3 years but since it has now been some time, I can honestly say that the quality of the work is still the same today as the day it was completed. Highly recommend.

I was in need of a kitchen backsplash which, when finished, tied the entire kitchen together and accented the space. The kitchen area is part of an open concept floor plan, including area of living and dining areas. During the consultation, Serjey provided very detailed feedback on suggestions for materials and achieving the herringbone design I wanted.His tiler, Vitale,(sp?), did an amazing job! He painstakingly measured and balanced the design. The work is exquisite, and nothing was overlooked. The work area was left immaculate! Thank you, Prospectile!

I was referred to Prospectile by a friend who had some work done by them and was happy with the finished product. I spoke with Sergey several times prior to them starting the remodel of my bathroom, he gave me some great ideas and advised me on what would give me the results I wanted. This was a major remodel moving walls and plumbing adding ceiling lights and outlets throughout. Once the project started his staff was there like clockwork every day and worked through the day into the early evening every day of the week. His guys couldn’t have been more professional, and the quality of the work was absolutely incredible. I did make some changes during the project which they happily accommodated me on. I’m not gonna lie there we’re probably cheaper companies I could have went with but at what cost to the quality and workmanship Prospectile provided. When the bathroom was finished it was an absolute showplace. EVERYONE I have showed it to was completely blown away. If you are planning a remodel job you would be foolish to use ANYONE else. Prospectile is a such a pleasure to deal with. I promise you will not be the least bit disappointed in any capacity!

This was absolutely the best remodel experience. The quality of work was fantastic. Sergey always let me know what to expect, and what phase of the remodel was coming up. He was present at all inspections. The work area was swept and cleaned every day so that I was not even aware that construction was taking place. Workers were polite, and very respectful of not making too much noise. There was no detail that was too small. Everything that we asked for was provided immediately and without hesitation. We had a terrible mishap with the first contractor we hired to remodel our master bathroom. Sergey and his crew came in and saved us from the disaster we had.
