My experience with Pro One Builders Group was exceptional. The workmen outstanding, all having multiple skills. My kitchen remodel was not planned rather as a result of an emergency active water leak. Without knowing what we would need to do, Pro One showed up the next day with their workmen making my home safe so we could plan next steps for what would become a full kitchen demo/renovation. Their talented staff from kitchen designers, cabinet makers and all the skilled workmen needed to perform a job like this. For 3 months Pro One was on the job, on time, super tidy and leaving my home every day communicating what would be happening the next day. Fast forward 3 months later, a beyond gorgeous kitchen and many other updates that were executed flawlessly....if there was any problem it was solved, Fast! The on site supervisor was always available. The administrative staff very efficient, no mistakes with billing or change orders. The staff always able to explain and come to a solution. The level of quality is that which is mostly seen in Hinsdale, Burr Ridge. I reside in a small townhome in Elk Grove Village. My home is now a dream! Thank you Pro One Builders Group. My Family ane Dogs Love all of the workmen and we will miss you. We know you are available when we need you too. A solid warranty and promises made and kept.

ProOne stepped into our attic renovation after our previous contractor walked away immediately after permits were approved, and we truly could not be more grateful for them. From the first quote to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, communicative, and incredibly efficient. We lived in our home throughout this major addition/renovation, and they made an otherwise stressful situation remarkably manageable. They protected our living spaces with care, cleaned up meticulously each day, and were always mindful of our family’s routine. Every trade that came through had an upbeat attitude and the kind of craftsmanship you hope for but rarely find. The quality of the work exceeded anything we imagined. Our home is 130 years old, so we braced ourselves for surprises once the walls were opened. Their problem-solving gave us so much confidence throughout the process. Every single person who touched this project surpassed our expectations. Fantastic experience doing a full house remodel with Pro One. We were very impressed with their work - everything from flooring to drywall to tile work to plumbing was all done to perfection. Pro One kept us well informed, communicated daily and finished the project within the timeframe they predicted. Additionally, they have a fantastic designer on staff, Daria, who was incredibly creative, produced beautiful designs and was willing to work within our budget. She found great fixtures, stone, etc at great prices. We loved working with Stephan, Greg, Roman and the rest of the team. Honestly couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend.
