A close friend recommended Samuel to me, so without hesitation, we hired him for a new construction project in Arlington Heights. It's been a battle to get our project approved by the city since it wasn't a home that they believed fit their style and neighborhood, but Samuel and his team got it approved after six months of back and forth with the city. Samuels team is professional and works very hard to ensure that your needs are fulfilled. From the original vision and plans to approval, they work continuously to make your project come to life. John, overseeing the entire project, was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend their company to anyone building or remodeling a home.
