Patrick Finn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our project developer was Tyler, and we have nothing but positive feedback regarding our experience with him. He was punctual, listened to our every need, and explained the process in great detail for any and all questions we had. He never hesitated to call, email, text, or set up meetings any time we wanted to get together. In full disclosure, we ended up going with another company for our project, but I would highly recommend anyone looking for a house remodel project consider and begin the process with Patrick Finn for one of their bids!

We hired Patrick Finn for an extensive kitchen, bathroom, and breezeway remodel in our 100 year old American Four-Square. Patrick came highly recommended by some friends of ours, and upon meeting with him and his designer Vicki it was clear we made the right choice. During the process of demolition Patrick and his team discovered that the cause for our sinking floor in the kitchen was due to a substandard foundation and water intrusion from a 75 year old addition. While this work was out of scope and added a significant amount to the project cost, we were glad that the issue was addressed properly and that our home and the investment in a new kitchen was safe from any further deterioration. On a personal level, Patick, Katie, Vicki and his whole team are genuinely kind and thoughtful people with your best interests in mind through out what can be a rather discission-laden process. Patrick has a keen eye for detail and is always up-front and transparent about anything he may come across throughout the process. I am grateful we hired him for our project and the end result was more than I ever imagined.

We absolutely love our new porch space! Patrick & Katie Finn helped us create a peaceful oasis right in our own backyard. Even with our small Cape Cod home, this porch has added a beautiful extra "room" where our family and friends can gather. The fireplace and lighting make it comfortable year-round and it truly feels like a natural extension of our home. We couldn't be happier with this addition!

We were looking to create a more open layout in our 1920s bungalow. My husband and I had a vision on what we were looking to do but the design team opened out eyes to the potential that the space had. We now have a beautiful gas fireplace with a mantle built in bookshelves that match our home and all the molding to match. The space has transformed our home and now we can stay here for many years to come as our family grows. They were efficient in the timeline and made magic happen to have it completed before the holidays. Could not be happier with the finished product.

Almost 24 years ago, Patrick Finn managed the total remodel and addition of our 1923 home. I recently had reason to reach out to him about our insurance coverage and the experience brought back a flood of great memories. To us, this house project was huge and we secured the recommended three estimates from general contractors. We chose Patrick Finn because we clicked in ways of thinking and our architect Bob Flubacker knew him as well. After all this time, we are still enjoying our home and as we have told Patrick and Bob, it "lives so well" and quality lasts. One incident during the construction period is still clear in my mind. We were living in our old house next door and Patrick came over to let me know that, while it didn't show on the drawings, there might be room to add an extra closet off the upstairs hall bathroom and he asked whether that would be all right with us. Of course, I said yes and we gained a linen closet that is over 7 feet wide and over 3 feet deep. Later we added adjustable Elfa shelving and the closet became indispensable. We had great communication with Patrick and his team and remain grateful for their skills and attitude.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Patrick and his team did for us! We worked with Patrick on a major kitchen/family room renovation that included the removal of the wall between the spaces. One benefit of working with Patrick was the digital recreation tools he had at his disposal. We were able to look at a 3D rendering of the entire project that truly came within 95% of the look of the completed work.
