Great company to work with. I highly recommend Precise Painting and Restoration! I am VERY, VERY PLEASED with the work done on my condo (drywall repairs, reparing and refinishing hardwood floors, painting, electrical repairs, carpentry, and total cleaning) - the place "looks like new"! EXCEPTIONAL WORKMANSHIP and reasonable pricing too! Juan's expertise and leadership are invaluable. He and his team are skilled contractors with great attention to detail. Juan kept me informed throughout the process and was very responsive. I had worked with Precise before which is why I hired them for my condo. I will contact them for my next project too. “I had painting done and carpet and laminate plank flooring removed.”

I had painting done and carpet and laminate plank flooring removed. Then they sanded and stained the floor. They gave me options to see live so I could pick the color I wanted right on my floor. Pictures one and two are before photos of the floor once the laminate was removed and of the carpeted stairs. I had so many holes from the carpeting, picture three. They patched them and painted and you can’t even tell. Photos four and five are of the finished product. Beautiful color!! The floors look amazing! This was in budget and completed on time. I definitely recommend them!

“Precise Painting just completed the third job for our house since we have lived in our home.”

Precise Painting just completed the third job for our house since we have lived in our home. We are repeat customers because they do the work carefully and for a fair price. This project was the biggest one yet, with a lot of wall repair to be done first, and in two different staircase sections of our home (upstairs and basement). The stairwell going to second floor had popcorn not only on the ceiling, but also the walls :P Juan and his team took their time, and did the wall repair meticulously! No more popcorn! They are truly perfectionists, and our 100+ year old house has plenty of curveballs to make their job tricky. The rest of this current job included all new paint in our dining room, foyer, and some exterior work on several spots that had worn out from weather. We will always call Juan & team as long as we live in this area.
