I really enjoyed working with JuanJose from Orland Builders! He was very responsive, helpful and understanding of our unfortunate water leak situation. He was also knowledgeable and gave us his professional opinion based on his past experiences and educated us about the industry norms to help us make decisions during the reconstruction process. He kept us updated on the status of work which was greatly appreciated as we were out of town for a few weeks. Overall, I would work with JuanJose and his team again and hopefully not under the premise of an insurance claim.

Juan deserves every bit of credit I can give him. I had a house fire last year, and my place had to be taken down to the studs. I didn’t choose to remodel—I was forced into it, and it was overwhelming. Every decision fell on me: paint, floors, cabinets, doors, windows, faucets, vanity, tub. Normally when you buy a house, most of the important things are already in place, and you can remodel gradually. I didn’t have that luxury. I had to replace everything—even the things I loved. Starting from scratch is a whole different world. If it weren’t for Juan, I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through it. Juan gave me a budget, and I would head into the home improvement stores—but it was a nightmare. I was endlessly wandering the aisles, inundated with choices and selections, and at times even came out in tears because I couldn’t make a decision. Then I showed him a few key things I loved—a bathroom remodel, some doors, and a kitchen photo—and he instantly understood my style. From there, he started bringing me just a handful of carefully chosen samples each time, and I always loved what he picked. Juan isn’t just a builder. He has a designer’s eye and an architect’s background, and it shows. Honestly, he should be on HGTV. He rebuilt my home, but he also made the process bearable. After losing everything, having someone steady, talented, and genuinely gifted made all the difference. Orland Builders is lucky to have him. Juan and his team have been fantastic. Couldn't recommend him enough. He and his team are timely. communicate better than any company I've worked with in this industry and are just overall great with special requests and anything needed. I have a rental unit and, unfortunately a tenant above, flooded the building. And my AC went out during this time and needed to be replaced. He knows someone for anyone home need you need. I can't recommend Juan, his workers, and the company enough. 5 stars all around. Thank you!

That there are people that in the world that are like this is unbelievable. No need to go any further. Pick these people for whatever job. They helped my elderly mother and even through things in without a charge. Unbelievable. If I say much more people will think that I’m making this up. Juan is truly an amazing person.

“Let me begin, 100 % recommended!!!!!”

Let me begin, 100 % recommended!!!!!! When I say they are awesome that’s an understatement!!!!!! We’ve had one hell of a year!!!! Starting with unbelievable medical situations with my husband, on Super Bowl Sunday I wanted to cheer him up and invited some friends and family for a party! Who knew that would be the beginning of the house flooding from one itty bitty little toilet 🤣. Started in the master bath about 1:00 am when our daughter said she was being flooded in the basement. It was raining through the kitchen lights, through the vents, down the walls in the kitchen and sliding back door , ruined all of our hardwood floors, on the second floor flooded the 2 bathrooms, the hallways and bedrooms. Insurance declared total loss. Enter John Savio and Jose and his team !!!!! God was watching over us sending them. As if this all wasn’t enough my brother passed, our Horse passed and I was having a hip surgery, we had to move into a rental while they made the magic happen. John and Jose guided us through the remodel and handled everything for us. We had so much to deal with I gave him my home and we left. He gave me daily updates, walked us through doing the Insurance claim, and worked with them every step of the way ! I was so overwhelmed with everything John and Jose helped me rebuild our life ! They were able to repair everything in a 2 month timeframe. People I had spoken with about estimates were saying six months ! That was not acceptable!!!!! The entire house packed, moved to storage, all repairs completed, Contents of the house moved back, UNBELIEVABLE in 2 months !!!! I am so thankful for these guys I don’t have the words !!! Not only did we get a new house we also made new friends !
