They planned out everything and was on property managing their workers during the entire installation. If you are looking for a highly professional team, then 1 construction is the place to go. I had this company replace my roof and siding through my insurance from storm damage. They did an excellent job of working with the requirements of the insurance and my HOA. They kept constant communication and stayed onsite for the entire job with their crew. I was very happy with the work and their follow up after the job. I had a minor issue with some of the caulking around a couple of windows, but they had their crew come right back and fix it immediately. Very impressed.

I had a phenomenal experience with Only 1 Construction! They replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts and we absolutely love it! Steve and Angela were patient while we selected the colors for our project (which I really appreciate since we could t make up our mind lol). They helped us plan the project, submit the village permit, and were onsite to help ensure their crew did a good job. They were done in 1.5 days, and did a great job with the clean up. I would def recommend them for friends and family!
