We didn’t know exactly what we wanted, but we knew what we wanted to fix—and from her first visit, Laura listened closely and quickly designed exactly what we’d been hoping for. She guided us patiently through every step, and her suggestions were always spot-on. Paired with superintendent Dave Imgrund’s skill and attention to detail, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Laura stayed in constant contact, and the end result is a kitchen that’s so much lighter, brighter, and more functional than it ever was—we absolutely love it. We highly recommend Normandy to anyone considering a remodel.

“Normandy remodeling was awesome.”

Normandy remodeling was awesome. We met with Becca and she walked us through all of the details for our kitchen remodeling. She even offered to go with us to pick out light fixtures! She was professional, friendly and considerate of our time and our budget. She made the process super easy from the start. Unfortunately, for us, (not for her) she went on maternity leave as our project was ready to begin and she turned us over to Kelly. Kelly came here numerous times during the remodel and was there to answer any questions we had about anything. If we ever had an issue, and there were very few, she helped us figure out the best answer. Mike was our superintendent. Mike came practically every day and if he didn't he always let us know. One of our favorite parts of the whole remodeling process was when Mike emailed us EVERY evening to report what went on with the project and what would be happening the next day. The job was completed in the time frame they gave us at the start. We always felt very well informed and respected. They all listened to us as we explained what we wanted in our new kitchen. After the remodel was completed our faucet was acting up and immediately they had their plumber here to fix it. My husband and I are 100% happy with the job Normandy did and would highly recommend them to everyone. We have our dream kitchen!!

We had lived in our home for 37 years and decided it was time for a kitchen makeover. From our first meeting with designer Kelley, we felt we were in good hands. She seemed to have a sense of what we wanted to do right from the start. Over several meetings, she offered her ideas and experience to design a kitchen that is fresh, modern and open. Kelley visited periodically during the construction. While the process took a bit longer than we would have thought, we certainly are happy with the end product. My husband and I recently visited Normandy Remodeling and experienced "The Normandy difference" (that's what I call the comfort and ease in the way they conduct business), which started with meeting a designer. Liz listened intently, made notes about our home, family and lifestyle, and when we met for a second time in the showroom her suggested selections were exactly what we were envisioning - she linked everything back to what she had observed and learned about us. All her suggestions were based on our style and habits and what we wanted as a family, rather than pushing the latest trend or products. I have to add as a dual working couple, we are thrilled that Normandy manages all tasks (design, permits, materials, selections, architects, dumpster, etc.) and appreciate Liz' detailed thought process. When we signed our contract, Liz took the time to review the scope of the project, the estimated timeline, and all aspects of the contract. Beyond our signatures, payment and approvals, everything is left to Liz and the rest of the team at Normandy, so we can focus on our family and our jobs. We are looking forward to our new kitchen and working with the Normandy team.
