New Project Deal just completed my kitchen cabinet and countertop renovation. They completed the project in the time they said they would. Their staff was very professional and did a great job on my kitchen. My wife and I are very happy with how our kitchen turned out. I would 100% recommend them for not only kitchen renovation but any other upgrades you may be looking for. I got estimates from 6 other companies/contractors and New Project Deal time for completion of project was much better than anyone else. Price was also among the lowest. Had New Project Deal complete a second project for me and just like the first one they were clean, very professional and did it all at a very reasonable price just two weeks after completing my kitchen. They replaced a toilet, vanity and tile for a new floor. This was suppose to be a quick simple job but when replacing the tile they discovered an issue. The subfloor was in really bad shape. Rather than just putting the new tile over it they pointed the problem out to me and gave me a great price to replace subfloor. They were able to pivot from a simple job to having to replace the entire subfloor and still got the job done same day. No matter if you have a small project or large one, I would recommend New Project Deal 100%.

New Project Deal worked with us to envision our new kitchen. They were able to interpret what we wanted as well as to make excellent design suggestions we had not thought of. Their workers were very competent and some of them are truly master craftsmen. The process (seven weeks from demolition to completion) took much longer than we had hoped. That was in part because of inspections required by the city, and in part (as it seemed to me) due to a lack of coordination by the manager of our project. However, all's well that ends well: the outcome is beautiful, and we are very happy indeed with it. That is why I am providing a five-star rating: for the ultimate, concrete results.

While the renovation process felt a bit overwhelming at times, Christian helped put my mind at ease with his clear knowledge and explanation on the full scope of work. We fully gutted our kitchen and removed a wall to add an island. The results are stunning and have transformed our home—we have nothing but praise for the team’s attention to detail and craftsmanship. They brought our vision to life! Every question or concern we had was handled with professionalism and genuine care. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a beautiful transformation in their home!

The crew that performed the day-to-day work on the project were excellent. They were professional, courteous, and they cleaned up at the end of each work day. They are absolutely top notch with their skills and the work that they performed. However, regular interactions with the owner , project manager and those overseeing the project was less than favourable. I felt the customer service and care was lacking. my kitchen turned out beautiful beautifully and I love it so much

By far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. They started early, finished on time and kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire project. My new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. Top notch materials, top notch workmanship. Joe was very patient with my many questions and a real pleasure to work with. I've already hired them for two more projects. If you're thinking of hiring them do not hesitate. Update: After the kitchen remodel, which was absolutely beautiful, I added two more projects. All new luxury vinyl flooring and all new interior doors. All the work was done in a timely manner, turned out great, and clean up was done promptly upon completion of the jobs. Joe and his crew were professional, courteous, and patient with my many questions. Any concerns I had, which were few, were dealt with promptly. Would highly recommend.
