Got windows from them for the whole house many years ago through my installer. He did not install the screens for the patio door and the 4 casement windows and disappeared. So for many years we could not open any of the windows and the patio door for fresh air. Recently was able to contact New Era Windows and told them the story of my missing screens. To my delight they not only gave me my screens right away but without any charge. Can’t be more thankful and happy. Would highly recommend them. Also, love the windows we have throughout the house.

I had an extremely positive experience with New Era Windows when it came to a sliding glass door I had custom made. It was for a rental property I own and I ordered the door in beige to match my screen door. The association contacted me and told me I had to order the door in white to match the original sliding glass door. I panicked so I called New Era and I was lucky because they had a white sliding door in the same size and dimensions as my original order. They just swapped it out free of charge. Next time I need to order windows, I will order with New Era only. Thank you again!
