Absolutely thrilled with the outstanding work Matrix Exteriors did on my home! From start to finish, their team was organized, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They replaced my entire roof, installed solar panels, put on new siding, installed new aluminum soffit and fascia, replaced all of my fascia boards, and installed new 6-inch gutters with high-grade leaf guards and downspouts. The quality of their workmanship is truly exceptional. My house looks absolutely stunning and has never looked better. “We have been in our home since it was built 20+ years ago.”

We have been in our home since it was built 20+ years ago. That being said we knew it was time for a roof replacement before we started getting leaks. We had numerous roofing companies out for estimates, a couple of which we'd used previously for to replace some missing shingles over the years. While we received estimates from each roofing company, a couple of which even broke down line item costs, only David and Matrix went the extra steps to explain in detail what each of the products Matrix would be using does and showed us a video on the process. David also explained that we would be getting the Class 4 shingles, where everyone else was only giving us the class 3 shingles. We also received upgraded new gutters all for nearly the lowest price of all the estimates. Most of the estimates were all within a thousand or two thousand of each other. Being disabled I'm home all day everyday, and over the years I've gotten to see most of the neighborhood already get new roofs. I've seen Matrix as well and they were always on our radar. Now the important part beyond just price. When removal and installation day arrived. As I've said I've seen a lot of roofs replaced in the neighborhood over the years. But nothing like the team from Matrix. These guys are like a well choreographed dance in how everything moved so so smoothly from removal of the underlayment replacement of the roof and gutters. And the cleanliness of which they worked and left the yard afterwards was wonderful. We had our roof replacement done in July 2025. It now October 2025. I waited until now to do a review because I like to wait a while for both good or bad reviews. Added bonus, we will be saving 25% on our yearly Homeowners Insurance because we have class 4 shingles. That was something else David mentioned for us to take advantage of. If you need a new roof, call Matrix and ask to have David come give you an estimate.
