M&M fixed the soffit on my roof while there was lots of snow! First they gave me a great estimate using a drone and taking about 10 minutes. They didn’t take 3 hours like others and did not say they had to redo the whole roof at $40,000 like others only fix for 1500$. They texted when coming and I didn’t have to even be home! Number one in my book for home repairs! You can’t even tell which it was and they fixed in less than an hour! Highly recommend them!!!!!!

Thankfully we we’re able to get the job done before the bad weather hit Chicago. Full roof replacement, no leaks, completed on time and for a fair price. We plan to work with M&M again for a small flat roof project in our bell tower.

This appears to be a very solid company. Workmanship and clean up were excellent. The materials were top notch. All promises were kept. My only complaint was lack of communication on project start date and how long it would take, as it took two full days to complete the project. But everything went well. I recommend M & M roofing.
