Neri Architects planned and executed an extensive renovation of our residence. I highly recommend Neri Architects for any residential project. While I do not have personal experience with Neri for commercial architectural projects I believe the same professionalism and attention to detail would be put to task in the commercial setting. In my view there are two parts to a project, the planning stage which includes presentation and approval by the city and then the construction stage. Neri Architects creative and common sense approach which incorporated our wishes and desires made the planning phase very successful. The same is true for the construction phase. Managing a construction project is anything but an easy task given the variables of scheduling of contractors, material availability, lead time and delivery, and inspection. Again, utilizing a common sense and diligent approach Neri is bring the project to completion in what we consider to be with minimal stress and strain on us the homeowners.
