I spoke to 4 painters, there are a lot of sharks out there so beware. Will highly recommend calling them first. Also need more work done in my unit will be using them.

We intially hired Gustavo to do livingroom painting & plaster ceiling. However, after seeing the quality of his work & his expertise we decided to do the entire floor renovation including flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms. Our old house had attic insulation that was too old & did not meet city code. Gustavo helped us remove the entire insulation & replace it with a new one that meets city code. This has brought a significant change in our energy bill. Thanks to Gustavo, we now have a much better house to live in. He is very professional. He quickly riches out to us when he sees structural problems or when he has better design ideas. He is fully engaged & diligent. He also helped us save a lot of money by advising us where & what material to purchase. A lot of my friends saw my renovated house & they now want to hire him too. In fact, over the course of this project Gustavo & I also have become friends. Next, I want to hire him to do my entire basement renovation. I trust his expertise & will hire him for any home related works in the future.
