We have an older home. Some of the stairs on our back porch were starting to rot. I called a few different people to see how much it would cost to only replace the stairs (stairs go up, turn left, then up again) and cost was so unreasonable with the first three places we had bid the job. The staff at Mr. Porch were polite (much more so than one of the places we had bid), prompt, and the price was much more reasonable. The craftsmanship was as good as any I've seen. Very pleased.

Mr Porch is the best! My husband and I had just bought our first home and we were so extremely excited! The house is wonderful but it did need a "facelift" so to speak. I loved that it had a porch but it really needed to be done over due to the wood being old. We found Mr Porch, we got to talking, we let Frank know our situation, and after our consultation we felt Mr Porch was the guy for the job. I honestly couldn't be happier with how our porch turned out! My porch is one of my most favorite parts about my new house! I'm so happy with the results! I highly recommend Mr Porch!

Our condo association recently worked with Mr Porch to rebuild our 3 story deck and stairs in Chicago. From the jump, Frank was professional, knowledgable, and all around great to work with. He walked us through the entire project so we knew what to expect and was flexible with us as we adjusted out plans. Pre-build, Mr. Porch covered designing the decks to our specifications, drawing up the plans, and submitting the permitting application to the city. It was the easiest prep we had experienced. During the build, our on-site foreman Chris was fantastic. He was professional, reliable, and highly communicative. He kept us informed during of the whole project and his team had high attention to detail. The decks came out incredible and we are extremely happy with the quality of work. A highlight is that every piece was measured and cut on site making the deck that much more attractive and safe. Post project, there were some issues that arose, mainly from the wood drying and cracking (can't be helped when using fresh wood) but Mr. Porch was quick to come out and make any necessary repairs. We cannot recommend Mr. Porch enough! They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, considering how large of a project it was. I've included some before and after photos of our project.

“Updating about 4 years after installation.”

Updating about 4 years after installation. Still extremely please with the work and very impressed with how great they stand by their 5 year warranty. The crew has been back at our place for a few days making sure the porch is still really strong and structurally sound. Would highly recommend! Very pleased with the work and the price was competitive! The crew working under Pedro were great guys, responsive, and did high quality work. Frank (company owner) was also awesome. He came out at the end of the job to talk through everything with me, emphasizing that there’s a 5 year warranty and that I shouldn’t hesitate to call them back out. He even noticed a few smaller things that could be touched up and had the crew stop back by to do. Overall very happy and would highly recommend!
