We have been lucky enough to have Modern build our home, and then when we needed a contractor modern inc was the first to respond to our call. Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Modern has a rich history which we grew to know through our many talks with Brians parents during our home build. Modern Inc is sure to continue that legacy given the outstanding job on our refinished floors, paint, and even feeding our fish while we were away (Thanks Steve). It is so nice to work with a company that values relationships and takes pride in their work. The work was scheduled to begin at the end of March 2020 and we encountered Covid closings. Brian and his team went above and beyond, safety was the first priority of their team members as well as us as homeowners. We cannot thank you enough for the excellent work on home and look forward to continuing many other projects throughout the years. This is a company I highly recommend, above all others for their commitment to service, relationships, community, and quality.

Our house was hit by a hail storm and needed a new roof, siding, gutters, some soffit and fascia work, new outdoor lights, etc. We contracted with Modern to do all is that work. Additionally, while Modern was doing the work our basement started taking on water. They came out very quickly, helped us sort out where the water was coming from, and got everything fixed up. The team was very responsive, did great work, and communicated well. Additionally, pricing was reasonable and clearly communicated. Overall I was very pleased with Modern and would absolutely use them again.

Had severe storm damage to our home on May 2nd - in excess of $50k in damages. Pondering who to call, my husband suggested we contact Modern Contractors who had done great work for us in the past. Brian was here when the insurance adjustor came to inspect the house. He was able to answer her questions as well as point some things out that he had noticed. We had a check to start repairs that same day and Brian was already moving on lining up ways to give our job top priority. Our house looks fantastic - work was done quickly and professionally - any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and we are done while others in the neighborhood are still waiting for repairs to begin. We needed a second story addition on our home to suit our growing family and were referred to Modern Contractors from a friend who had a large project completed by them. We had a strict budget and the team at Modern Contractors was great to deal from the design to the completion. We also added a couple items and were still within our budget. A+ all around!

We recently completed an addition to the second story of our house with Modern Contractors. We could not be happier with the final result. The addition looks beautiful and like it was always there. Brian and his team were easy to work with. He did a great job of listening to our ideas and making suggestions based on his experience. The workers who came to our house were nice and completed quality work. Brian did a great job of making sure everything was completed correctly.
