I hired Michael for a bathroom remodel. The bathroom was out of date and failing. Michael worked with me to transform the space into something more functional and modern. He took the time to work with me to get it right and I am very happy with the outcome. Michael was very good at getting back to me with an estimate. Overall I am very happy with the outcome.

I did my kitchen renovation through Michael and it was all around a great experience. He was very easy to work with and was up front about pricing, feasibility, and timelines especially when the inevitable surprises came up. In a relatively short time he was able to get us set up with new cabinets, new pass-through, new peninsula, all new plumbing, countertops, new flooring underneath the cabinets, a wider entryway into the kitchen, and backsplash. From initial contact to through (free) quote he was one of the fastest and most affordable in the area. Scheduling was very easy and he was able to work around some prescheduled events I had. I'd highly recommend him and his crew.

Update 6/2025: It was time to tackle the last room in my condo in need of an update (Primary Bathroom), and Michael and his team did an amazing job. I had a few parts that were on backorder, and Michael was able to work through the delays with me while the items came in. Michael and his team are my first call/check for any projects I'm working on that need a GC/Remodeler. Similar to before, still highly recommend! Original Review: Michael and the team were fantastic. They were able to knock out a full kitchen remodel within the original scoped time, and the work was amazing. He was also able to work with me on some thoughts I had along the way to update the plan, and was very accommodating and knowledgeable to ensure the project stayed on track and fit my overall vision. Highly Recommend, and can't say enough good things about him and the team.

UPDATE: a year and a half later, I hired Michael again to redo my other bathroom. They did an outstanding job and I’m so pleased with how it turned out! Highly recommend Michael and his team— they are very professional, reasonably priced, and work quickly without rushing. My neighbor was so impressed with their work, they asked for his information and he’ll be redoing their space soon as well. Michael was great to work with and my bathroom remodel was incredible. I had a terribly old and beige bathroom that had not been updated since my condo was built 25 years ago (see the before photo.) Michael had estimated the project would take 4 weeks but they finished in 3 weeks. The price was reasonable and the finished bathroom is really amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments and I know this will add so much value to my home.

We hired Michael and his brother, Edward, to renovate our small kitchen. They did an outstanding job, and were very easy to work with. In addition to the kitchen, we had Michael tile an adjacent hallway and refresh a powder room. We also had him rip out the tiling in our entryway, and replace with wood flooring. This part of the job was a bit of a tricky because he had to thread in matching hardwood, and then refinish the floor so that everything looked as if it was always there. It came out flawless. As I mentioned above, Michael was very easy to work with, and were easily able to make adjustments as the inevitable obstacles arose. His knowledge of plumbing and electrical definitely aided in making the renovation run smoothly. For anyone considering Michael Remodeling, I would only recommend one step for you to take before the work begins. In the initial planning phases, insist on finding a time to meet Michael and his designer (who works through Studio 41) to go over plan design and details. We had a small bit of miscommunication in the beginning because I was out-ot-town quite a bit before the work was to begin. We did not meet with Michael and the designer, and I do think that would have made the experience more complete. I only know Michael from this one job, but my overwhelming impression is that he is an honest and hardworking family man that wants nothing more than to make his clients happy. If you are looking to renovate, I strongly recommend getting a quote from Michael Remodeling.

“This is our 2nd project with Michael.”

This is our 2nd project with Michael. Just like the first bathroom remodel, the work was quickly done and looks beautiful! This time Michael and his team replaced drywall and repaired water damage from an extensive leak on our 2nd and 3rd floor bay windows. They look as good as new! We also had Michael install additional outlets, a new dining room pendant light and a ceiling fan in our bedroom. All the work was beautiful and up to code. Additionally Michael speeded up the work to accommodate our need to visit a family member. Great service, great work, and competetive pricing! I am excited to work on our list of future project with Michael Remodeling!

“Contracted Michael and his team for a partial demo of my kitchen counters.”

Contracted Michael and his team for a partial demo of my kitchen counters. I had reached out to a few remodeling companies in the area and he was the only one to respond and set up a prompt estimate evaluation. Within a week he was able to come out and take out my old counters and do some electrical and plumbing work too. It was all done within a day. It looks good and saved me some money compared to the big box store. It's going to be very easy for the rest of the job to get done now! Thanks for everything!
